  • Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged,​ ​with tags attached. Items with deodorant marks, makeup, or pet fur will not be accepted.​

 

What items are returnable?

  • Items delivered in the last 21 days. If you used a coupon code then orders are only valid for Store Credit. Please choose carefully during our promo periods!

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked on Sale are final sale.
  • Coupon code items can be returned for store credit only, please choose carefully during our promo periods.
  • Accessories are final sale.
  • Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged,​ ​with tags attached. Items with deodorant marks, makeup, or pet fur will not be accepted.​
  • Items purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded for cash value.

Exchanges?

  • We do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory, which may go out of stock. The best way to make an exchange is returning your item for store credit and repurchasing your size if it's still available.

How soon will I get my refund / store credit?

Once items are inspected by ​BRIAVIA​, your return will be processed within 2-5 Business Days. 

Returned items must be accompanied ​with your order number​. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirming your refund or credit.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

CAN PROMO CODES BE USED ON COLLABORATION ITEMS?
Influencer or other collaboration pieces are excluded from all promotions and sales unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Once your order is processed, your item will be shipped out within 1-2 business days, not including weekends or holidays. US shipping takes 2-4 business days while international orders vary from 5 days - 1.5 weeks depending on customs. 
HOW DO YOU GUYS SHIP?

We ship USPS with included tracking for all orders. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Your confirmation email will have a tracking number. Or you may enter that code here

 

My package never arrived! 

If you have purchased Shipping Insurance (Ship Insure will be optional at checkout), you will be fully covered! We are not responsible for lost packages if you did not purchase insurance. For more help please email help@briavia.com 

CUSTOM FEES?

International Customers, please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Kindly note that all packages may be subjected to customs charges depending on your country’s customs laws. Sometimes these fees will be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery.  Please also note that BRIAVIA is not charging you for this and is not responsible for covering customs taxes fees.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG COLOR, SIZE, DEFECTIVE ITEM, ETC. WHAT DO I DO?

Oh no! We would be just as upset to receive something we have not purchased. Please contact HELP@BRIAVIA.COM with photos and we will fix the problem ASAP!
