At this time, we do not offer returns or store credit, all sales are final due to our highly discounted sales period!

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked on Sale are final sale.
  • Accessories are final sale.
  • Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged,​ ​with tags attached. Items with deodorant marks, makeup, or pet fur will not be accepted.​
  • Items purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded for cash value.

How soon will I get my refund / store credit?

Once items are inspected by ​BRIAVIA​, your return will be processed within 2-5 Business Days. 

Returned items must be accompanied ​with your order number​. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirming your refund or credit. 

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG COLOR, SIZE, DEFECTIVE ITEM, ETC. WHAT DO I DO?

OWe would be just as upset to receive something we have not purchased. Please contact HELP@BRIAVIA.COM with photos and we will fix the problem ASAP!
