What items are returnable?
- Items delivered in the last 21 days. If you used a coupon code then orders are only valid for Store Credit. Please choose carefully during our promo periods!
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked on Sale are final sale.
- Coupon code items can be returned for store credit only, please choose carefully during our promo periods.
- Accessories are final sale.
- Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached. Items with deodorant marks, makeup, or pet fur will not be accepted.
- Items purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded for cash value.
We do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory, which may go out of stock. The best way to make an exchange is returning your item for store credit and repurchasing your size if it's still available.

How soon will I get my refund / store credit?
Once items are inspected by BRIAVIA, your return will be processed within 2-5 Business Days.
Returned items must be accompanied with your order number. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirming your refund or credit.
