What items are returnable?

- Items purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded for cash value.

- All items delivered within the last 21 days.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 2-5 Business Days. Please Note - ALL orders that are returned for a refund are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. (Store Credit will be full amount)
BRIAVIA will not be held responsible for shipping costs back. Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached *Items with deodorant marks, makeup, or pet fur will be sent back and not accepted*
