ORDERING

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Once your order is processed, your item will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. US shipping takes 2-4 business days while international orders vary from 5 days -1.5 weeks depending on customs. 
HOW DO YOU GUYS SHIP?

We ship USPS with included tracking for all orders. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Your confirmation email will have a tracking number. Or you may enter that code here.

 

RETURNS?

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG COLOR, SIZE, DEFECTIVE ITEM, ETC. WHAT DO I DO?

Oh no! We would be just as upset to receive something we have not purchased. Please send an email to info@briavia.com and we will try to fix the problem ASAP!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns/exchanges are valid within 2 weeks of purchase. BRIAVIA will not be held responsible for shipping costs for the items you wish to disperse. Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Returned items must be accompanied by the original confirmation form of your purchase (if applicable). All products will be inspected by BRIAVIA before actions will take place regarding any transactions. Once approved, original method of payment will then be transferred to your account within a certain amount of days.

HOW:
• Securely pack your merchandise and form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

CUSTOM FEES?

International Customers, please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Kindly note that all packages may be subjected to customs charges depending on your country’s customs laws. Sometimes these fees will be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery.  Please also note that BRIAVIA is not charging you for this and is not responsible for covering customs taxes fees.
