RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges or store credit are available and valid within 2 weeks of purchase. We do not do returns. BRIAVIA will not be held responsible for shipping costs for the items you wish to disperse. Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached *Items with deodorant marks, makeup, or pet fur will be sent back and not accepted* ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE! ACCESSORIES (socks) ARE FINAL SALE.

. Returned items must be accompanied by the original confirmation form of your purchase (if applicable). All products will be inspected by BRIAVIA before actions will take place regarding any transactions. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirming your exchange or store credit code.

HOW:
• Securely pack your merchandise and form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original packing). Please include your order number and if you'd like an exchange or store credit!
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Oh no! We would be just as upset to receive something we have not purchased. Please send an email to INFO@BRIAVIA.com with your concern + order number and we will try to fix the problem ASAP!
