- Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached. Items with deodorant marks, makeup, or pet fur will not be accepted.
What items are returnable?
- Items delivered in the last 14 days. If you used a coupon code then orders are only valid for Store Credit. Please choose carefully during our promo periods!
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked on Sale are final sale.
- Coupon code items can be returned for store credit only, please choose carefully during our promo periods.
- Accessories are final sale.

- Items purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded for cash value.

How soon will I get my refund / store credit?
Once items are inspected by BRIAVIA, your return will be processed within 2-5 Business Days.
Returned items must be accompanied with your order number. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirming your refund or credit.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG COLOR, SIZE, DEFECTIVE ITEM, ETC. WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! We would be just as upset to receive something we have not purchased. Please contact HELP@BRIAVIA.COM with photos and we will fix the problem ASAP!
